Command Modes CONFIGURATION Command History Version 8.3.5.0 Version 8.2.1.0 Version 7.6.1.0 pre-Version 6.1.1.1 Introduced on S55 Policy name character limit increased from 16 to 32. Introduced on C-Series and S-Series Introduced on E-Series Usage Information Use this command to specify the name of the output QoS policy. Once output policy is specified, rate-limit, bandwidth-percentage, and WRED can be defined. This command enables the qos-policy-output configuration mode-(conf-qos-policy-out). When changing a "service-queue" configuration in a QoS policy map, all QoS rules are deleted and re-added automatically to ensure that the order of the rules is maintained. As a result, the Matched Packets value shown in the "show qos statistics" command is reset.
