Introduced on S-Series Usage Information This command only works on ports that the system recognizes as CX4 ports. So, for example, Figure 15-2 shows an attempt to configure an XFP port in an S25P with the command after inserting a CX4 converter into the port: Note: When using a long CX4 cable between the C-Series and the S-Series, configure the cable using the cx4-cable-length short command only to avoid any errors.
