Defaults none Command Modes CONFIGURATION Command History Usage Information Version 8.3.16.1 Introduced on MXL 10/40GbE Switch IO Module When creating an interface range, interfaces appear in the order they are entered; they are not sorted. The command verifies that interfaces are present (physical) or configured (logical). Important things to remember: • Bulk configuration is created if at least one interface is valid. • Non-existing interfaces are excluded from the bulk configuration with a warning message. • The interface range prompt includes interface types with slot/port information for valid interfaces. The prompt allows for a maximum of 32 characters. If the bulk configuration exceeds 32 characters, it is represented by an ellipsis When the interface range prompt has multiple port ranges, the smaller port range is excluded from the prompt. • If overlapping port ranges are specified, the port range is extended to the smallest start port and the biggest end port.
