Table 38-2. show vrrp Command Description Authentication:... Tracking states... States whether authentication is configured for the VRRP group. If it is, the authentication type and the password are listed. This line is displayed if the track command is configured on an interface. Below this line, the following information on the tracked interface is displayed: • Dn or Up states whether the interface is down or up. • the interface type slot/port information track Monitor an interface and lower the priority value of the VRRP group on that interface if it is disabled. Syntax track interface [priority-cost cost] To disable monitoring, use the no track interface command. Parameters interface cost Enter the following keywords and slot/port or number information: • For a Loopback interface, enter the keyword loopback followed by a number from 0 to 16383. • For Port Channel interface types, enter the keyword port-channel followed by the number: Range: 1-128 • For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet followed by the slot/port information. • For a VLAN interface, enter the keyword vlan followed by a number from 1 to 4094. (OPTIONAL) Enter a number as the amount to be subtracted from the priority value. Range: 1 to 254. Default: 10.
