Syntax arp ip-address mac-address interface To remove an ARP address, use the no arp ip-address command. Parameters ip-address mac-address interface Enter an IP address in dotted decimal format. Enter a MAC address in nnnn.nnnn.nnnn format. Enter the following keywords and slot/port or number information: • For the Management interface, enter the keyword ManagementEthernet followed by the slot/port information. The slot range is 0-1 and the port range is 0. • For a Port Channel interface, enter the keyword port-channel followed by a number: Range: 1-128 • For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet followed by the slot/port information. • For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword fortyGigE followed by the slot/port information.
