OSPF Configuration Commands 179 mask Enter the IP subnet mask. not-advertise Enter this parameter if you do not want to advertise routes matching the specified IP address and mask. tag value Enter a tag value, which is mainly used to control advertisement of routes via route-policy. This value can be in the range 0 to 4294967295. The default is 1. Description Use the asbr-summary command to configure a summary of imported routes for OSPF. Use the undo asbr-summary command to cancel the summary. This is the default. After the summarization of imported routes is configured, if the local router is an autonomous system border router (ASBR), this command summarizes the imported Type-5 LSAs in the summary address range. When NSSA is configured, this command will also summarize the imported Type-7 LSAs in the summary address range. If the local router acts as both an ABR and an ASBR in the NSSA, this command summarizes Type-5 LSAs translated from Type-7 LSAs. If the router is not the ASBR in the NSSA, the summarization is disabled. Related commands: display ospf asbr-summary. Example To summarize the OSPF imported routes, enter the following: system-view System View: return to User View with Ctrl+Z.
