272 CHAPTER 7: USING MULTICAST PROTOCOL COMMANDS pim Syntax pim undo pim View System View Parameter None Description Use the pim to enter the PIM View. Use the undo pim to clear the configurations in PIM View. The global parameters of PIM can only be configured in PIM View. Example Enable multicast and enter the PIM View. system-view System View: return to User View with Ctrl+Z [SW5500]multicast routing-enable [SW5500]pim [SW5500-pim] pim bsr-boundary Syntax pim bsr-boundary undo pim bsr-boundary View Interface View Parameter None Description Use the pim bsr-boundary to configure an interface to be the PIM domain border. Use the undo pim bsr-boundary to remove the border. By default, no domain border is set. You can use this command to set a border for bootstrap messages, that is to say, bootstrap messages cannot pass interfaces that are configured with the pim bsr-boundary command while other PIM messages can. In this way, the network is divided into different BSR domains. It should be noted that this command cannot set up multicast boundaries. It only sets up a PIM domain bootstrap message border.
