supportSave -t timeout_multiplier Extends predefined SupportSave timeout values by the value of the timeout multiplier. Use this option to repeat the supportSave operation when supportSave completion indicates that one or more modules timed out during the process. For example, -t 2 doubles the timeout values for each of the SupportSave modules. Valid multiplier values are 2 to 5. The default is 1. Examples To save RASLOG, TRACE, supportShow, and other support information to an FTP server in interactive mode: switch:admin> supportsave This command collects RASLOG, TRACE, supportShow, \ core file, FFDC data and then transfer them to a FTP/SCP/SFTP server \ or a USB device. This operation can take several minutes.
