msTdEnable msTdEnable Enables the Management Server (MS) topology discovery service. Synopsis mstdenable ["ALL"] Description Use this command to enable the MS topology discovery service on the local switch or throughout the fabric. The change takes effect immediately and commits to the configuration database for all affected switches. The change is persistent across power cycles and reboots. Notes Topology Discovery Management requires the attached devices (including attached switches) to support request node identification data (RNID) extended link service (ELS). When an FCS policy is enabled, and this command is issued with the "ALL" operand, it can be issued only from the primary FCS. The execution of this command is subject to Virtual Fabric restrictions that may be in place. Refer to "Using Fabric OS Commands" and "Command Availability" for details. Operands The following operand is optional: "ALL" Enables the MS topology discovery service throughout the fabric. This operand must be enclosed in double quotation marks.
