Usage Information FTOS provides the capability of statically configuring interface to which a multicast router is attached. To configure a static connection to the multicast router, enter the ip igmp snooping mrouter interface command in the VLAN context. The interface to the router must be a part of the VLAN where you are entering the command. Note: The S4810 supports up to 95 interfaces. ip igmp snooping querier z S6000 Enable IGMP querier processing for the VLAN interface. Syntax ip igmp snooping querier To disable IGMP querier processing for the VLAN interface, enter no ip igmp snooping querier command. Usage Information This command enables the IGMP switch to send General Queries periodically. This is useful when there is no multicast router present in the VLAN because the multicast traffic does not need to be routed.
