Syntax clear mac-address-table {dynamic | sticky} {address mac-address | all | interface interface | vlan vlan-id} Parameters dynamic sticky address mac-address all interface interface vlan vlan-id Enter the keyword dynamic to specify dynamically-learned MAC addresses. Enter the keyword sticky to specify sticky MAC addresses. Enter the keyword address followed by a MAC address in nn:nn:nn:nn:nn:nn format. Enter the keyword all to delete all MAC address entries in the MAC address table. Enter the following keywords and slot/port or number information: • For a 1-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword GigabitEthernet followed by the slot/port information. • For a Port Channel interface, enter the keyword port-channel followed by a number: S-Series Range: 1-128 • For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet followed by the slot/port information. • For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword fortyGigE followed by the slot/port information. Enter the keyword vlan followed by a VLAN ID number from 1 to 4094.
