Syntax output-delay delay To return to the switch software defaults for interpacket delay, enter no output-delay. Parameters delay Specify a number of milliseconds as the delay interval. Introduced on Z9000 Usage This command is intended for low-speed interfaces. Information passive-interface z S6000 Suppress routing updates on a specified interface. Syntax passive-interface interface To delete a passive interface, use the no passive-interface interface command. Parameters interface Enter the following information: • For a 1-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword GigabitEthernet followed by the slot/port information. • For a Port Channel, enter the keyword port-channel followed by a number from 1 to 32 for EtherScale, 1 to 255 for TeraScale, 1-128 on S-Series. • For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet followed by the slot/port information. • For a VLAN, enter the keyword vlan followed by a number from 1 to 4094. • For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword fortyGigE followed by the slot/port information.
