Creating a Table of Contents You can create a table of contents for a document. A typical table of contents looks like this: Dot tab leader Right tab type You can use the Word Processing styles to create a table of contents easily. For each heading level in your document, create a style with the following characteristics: S Right tab type with a dot leader S Indented paragraphs for each heading level Once you have created the styles, you can simply enter the heading text, press Tab, enter the page number, then apply the style appropriate to the heading level. Creating a Bibliography You can easily use Word Processing styles to create a bibliography. Simply create a style (such as "Biblio") that is an hang indented paragraph. Once you create the style, you can simply type the bibliography entry and apply the style to it. You can create a bibliography for a document. A typical bibliography looks like this: Hanging indentations Bibliography entry Word Processing 129
