5. Click on Map Export Fields. A dialog box appears with Column A, Column B, and so on listed in the Source List box; the columns that appear here correspond to the occupied columns in the spreadsheet. The Destination List consists of field names (Field 1, Field 2, Field 3, etc.) equal to the number of occupied columns in the spreadsheet. 6. Click on Field 1 in the Destination List. If the lists in the dialog box are empty, make sure the spreadsheet contains data. 7. Click on the column in the Source List that you want to be Field 1 in the export database. Theselected name will be the field name associated with Field 1. 8. Click on Map. The field pair appears in the Map List. (To break the link between a mapped pair of fields, you can select the pair in the Map list and then click Unmap.) 9. Continue designating pairs until you have specified all the fields you want to map. If you leave any source field unpaired, that field will not be exported. 10. Click on Done. The dialog box disappears. 11. Click on Export. Spreadsheetexports your spreadsheetinformation in the format you specified. Spreadsheet 200
