3. In the New/Open dialog box, click the Import button. The Import Document dialog box appears. 4. Select the file you want to import by clicking on it. 5. Click the Import button at the bottom of the dialog box. A dialog box will appear asking you to insert the diskette containing the Import/Export libraries.Diskette 2 contains these libraries. 6. Insert Diskette 2 and click on OK. 7. From the Import dialog box, select the format of the document you are importing and click on Import. Ensemble will ask you to insert the diskette with the document you wish to import. 8. Eject Diskette 2, insert the diskette that contains the document you wish to import, and click on OK. Importingbegins and the document that you imported appears on the screen. Working with Text This section will show you how to set up your page, and how to enter, move, copy, and edit text. Setting Up Your Page Before you start typing in your text, you will want to define the type of page you are creating. The standard business size for an envelope is #10. To quickly create envelopes, use the envelope template on diskette. You can create a document much larger than the printing area. Choose Leave at Actual Size and print across multiple pages. You can then tape the pages together. "To choose the page size: 1. Open a new document. 2. Under the File menu, choose Page Size. A dialog box appears. 3. Choose either Paper, Envelope, or Label, or the width and height of your document if it is not a standard size. 4. Choose Page Layout, either portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal). 5. Click on Apply. The dialog box closes and your document outline will be represented by a rectangle with dotted borders. Word Processing 74
