Setting User Options The commands found in the Options menu help you tailor Turnabout to your personal tastes. S Two Players. Select Two Players if you want to play Turnabout against another person. You need to select Start New Game to begin play after adjusting this setting. S Play First. Select Play First if you are playing against the system and you want to make the first move in the game. You need to select Start New Game to begin play after adjusting this setting. S Play Second. Select Play Second if you are playing against the system and you do not want to make the first move. You need to select Start New Game to begin play after adjusting this setting. S Machine vs. Machine. Select Machine vs. Machine if you want to watch the system play Turnabout by itself. To stop the game: select any of the other player options (Two player, Play First, etc.). Selecting Machine vs. Machine automatically starts a new game. S Obstacles. Select Obstacles to put barriers in some of the squares on the playing board. This makes the game more challenging. Selecting Obstacles automatically starts a new game. S Board Size. Select Board Size to change the size of the playing board. The size ranges from a 6 x 6 square grid to an 18 x 18 square grid. The larger board sizes make the play more challenging. Selecting Board Size automatically starts a new game. Solitaire This version of Solitaire looks and plays the same as the game with real cards. With this version of the game, however, the system shuffles and deals the cards for you Ċ all you have to do is play the game! Solitaire has three playing levels. User Options
The commands found °n the Opt°ons menu help you ta°lor Turnabout to

Two Players.
Select Two Players °f you want to play Turnabout
aga°nst another person. You need to select Start New Game to
beg°n play after adjust°ng th°s sett°ng.

Play First.
Select Play F°rst °f you are play°ng aga°nst the system
and you want to make the f°rst move °n the game. You need to
select Start New Game to beg°n play after adjust°ng th°s sett°ng.

Play Second.
Select Play Second °f you are play°ng aga°nst the

Machine vs. Machine.
Select Mach°ne vs. Mach°ne °f you want to
watch the system play Turnabout by °tself. To stop the game:
select any of the other player opt°ons (Two player, Play F°rst,
etc.). Select°ng Mach°ne vs. Mach°ne automat°cally starts a new
game.

Obstacles.
Select Obstacles to put barr°ers °n some of the squares
on the play°ng board. Th°s makes the game more challeng°ng.
