"To select a name and fax number from an Addressbook: 1. Insert the diskette that contains the name and fax number you wish to use. 2. Click on Addressbook in the Fax dialog box. The Addressbookdialogbox appears. 3. Select a name and fax number. OR Click on Change Addressbook to see names and fax numbers from another Addressbook file. 4. Click on OK. Theperson's fax number appears in Fax Number on the Fax dialog box. The name goes into the TO" space on the cover page, even if you are not sending a cover page. Fax numbers show only the first 20 characters. Dialing Options. Click here to dial a number for an outside line, call long distance, or enter a calling card number. Select one, two, or all boxes. Ensemble dials what you select. S Access. Click in the check box if you have an outside line or call waiting. Click on Access. A menu appears. Select 1170 to stop call waiting. You should stop call waiting while you fax. You can type a 9 or 8 (for an outside line) or 1170. S Long Distance. This is the number to reach AT&T, Sprint, MCI, or any other long distance provider. You can type in the number or click on Long Distance to select the number. The pop-up menu has codes for you: 18003210288 for AT&T, 18008778000 for Sprint, or 18009501022 for MCI. S Billing Card. Click in the check box if you are using a calling card. Enter your calling card number. Print Options. Spreadsheet lets you select a range of cells to print.
