5. Insert your document diskette into the drive and press ENTER. The Import Document dialog box displays the file formats you can import into Spreadsheet. 6. Select the file format of the file you are importing, and click on Import. A dialog box that asks you to insert the library diskette, Diskette 2, appears. 7.
