Recommended Action Restart the switch using the reboot command and then execute the supportSave command. SS-1008 Message supportsave failed for the slot . Reason: BP supportsave timeout. Message Type LOG Severity WARNING Probable Cause Indicates that the specified slot has taken more time than expected to collect the supportsave logs.
