When there are no profiles specified with a port or VLAN, the limited function is not effective. When the function is configured on a port or VLAN, it limits the multicast group operated by the IGMP/MLD snooping function and layer 3 function. If the IPv4 or IPv6 option is not specified, IPv4 is implied. Format config limited_multicast_addr [ports | vlanid ] {[ipv4 | ipv6]} {[add | delete] [profile_id | profile_name ] | access [permit | deny]}(1) Parameters ports - Specify a range of ports to configure the multicast address filtering function. - Specify a range of ports to be configured. vlanid - Specify the VLAN ID of the VLAN that the multicast address filtering function will be configured on. - Enter the VLAN ID of the VLAN that the multicast address filtering functions will be configured on here. ipv4 - (Optional) Specify the IPv4 multicast profile. ipv6 - (Optional) Specify the IPv6 multicast profile. add - (Optional) Add a multicast address profile to a port or VLAN. delete - (Optional) Delete a multicast address profile from a port or VLAN. profile_id - (Optional) Specify a profile ID to be added to or deleted from the port or VLAN. - The profile ID must be between 1 and 60. profile_name - (Optional) Specify a profile name to be added to or deleted from the port or VLAN. - The profile name can be up to 32 characters long. access - (Optional) Specify whether the access is permit or deny. permit - Specify that the packets that match the addresses defined in the profiles will be permitted. deny - Specify that the packets that match the addresses defined in the profiles will be denied. 591
