DGS-3130 Layer 3 Stackable Managed Switch CLI Reference Guide 47-2 lacp port-priority This command is used to configure the port priority. Use the no form of this command to revert to the default setting. lacp port-priority PRIORITY no lacp port-priority Parameters PRIORITY Specifies the port priority. The range is 1 to 65535. Default The default port-priority is 32768. Command Mode Interface Configuration Mode. Command Default Level Level: 12. Usage Guideline The LACP port-priority determines which ports can join a port-channel and which ports are put in the standalone mode. The lower value has a higher priority. If two or more ports have the same priority, the port number determines the priority Example This example shows how to configure the port priority to 20000 on interfaces 1/0/4 to 1/0/5. Switch# configure terminal Switch(config)# interface range ethernet 1/0/4-1/0/5 Switch(config-if)# lacp port-priority 20000 Switch(config-if)# 47-3 lacp timeout This command is used to configure the LACP long or short timer. Use the no form of this command to revert to the default setting. lacp timeout {short | long} no lacp timeout Parameters short long Specifies that there will be 3 seconds before invalidating received LACPDU information and there will be 1 second between LACP PDU periodic transmissions when the link partner uses Short Timeouts. Specifies that there will be 90 seconds before invalidating received LACPDU information and there will be 30 seconds between LACP PDU periodic transmissions when the link partner uses Long Timeouts. 491
