The password length is between 1 and 32 characters and can contain embedded spaces. It is casesensitive. If the password syntax cannot be specified, the syntax remains plain text. (Optional) Specifies the encrypted password based on SHA-1. The password length is fixed at 35 bytes. It is case-sensitive. The password is encrypted. If the password syntax is not specified, the syntax is plain text. (Optional) Specifies the password in the encrypted form based on MD5. The password length is fixed at 31 bytes. It is case-sensitive. The password is encrypted. If the password syntax is not specified, the syntax is plain text. Specifies the password for the user. Default By default, no password is set. It is an empty string. Command Mode Global Configuration Mode. Command Default Level Level: 15. Usage Guideline The exact password for a specific level needs to be used to enter the privilege level.
