The higher number means a higher priority. 0 indicates disabled. Default None. Command Mode Global Configuration Mode. Command Default Level Level: 12. Usage Guideline This command configures the ability of a switch to become the Primary Master Box. The value is the preference parameter that allows the user to specify priority of one backup switch over another. The switch with the highest priority value will be chosen to become the Primary Master Box if the active Primary Master Box fails. Example This example shows how to configure the priority of the switch unit 2 to 10.
