Example This example shows how to display the rate limit and statistics of the safeguard engine. Switch#show cpu-protect type dhcp Type: dhcp Rate Limit: 200 pps Unit Total Drop 1 0 0 Switch# 70-8 snmp-server enable traps safeguard-engine This command is used to enable the sending of SNMP notifications for the Safeguard Engine. Use the no form of this command to disable the sending of SNMP notifications for the Safeguard Engine. snmp-server enable traps safeguard-engine no snmp-server enable traps safeguard-engine Parameters None. Default By default, this feature is disabled. Command Mode Global Configuration Mode. Command Default Level Level: 12. Usage Guideline Use this command to enable or disable the sending of SNMP notifications when the current mode of Safeguard Engine changes. Example This example shows how to enable traps for the current mode of the Safeguard Engine change event.
