The corresponding properties (output size, frame aspect ratio, pixel aspect ratio, and frame rate) appear in the Format Options box. 6. In the Duration field, enter a duration in either frames or in SMPTE timecode. 7. To change the background color, click the Background Color box, select a color from the Pick Color dialog that appears, and then click OK. 8. Select a bit depth from the Depth list. 9. Enable the 2D or 3D Mode button, and click OK. A new layer is created in the original composite that contains the new composite. The nested composite automatically becomes the current operator. the nested layer. Whether or not the layer properties, such as rotation or depth order, move to the nested layer is determined by the option you choose when nesting. The options are Operators or Selected Layers.
