To stop playback in the Adobe Flash Player viewport, click the Adobe Flash Player viewport and click . 7. In the Adobe Flash Player view, right-click the viewport and choose Settings. The Adobe Flash Player Settings dialog is displayed. To export to Flash: 1. Select the Paint object in the Workspace panel (F3). 2. In the Paint Controls panel (F8), click the Settings button. 3. In the Settings controls, click Export (to Flash). The Export Flash File dialog appears. You can access the Settings Manager by clicking Advanced. 8. In the Adobe Flash Player view, right-click the viewport and choose About Adobe Flash Player to access the Adobe Flash Player Home page. Exporting Paint Objects as .swf File Formats The export to Flash feature is available via the Settings controls in the Paint Controls panel. When you select to Export to Flash, Combustion generates a .swf file and an .html file. If you want to set the compression for export to Flash, you can do so via the Combustion Preferences dialog. To set the JPEG Quality for export to Flash: 1. Choose File | Preferences (CTRL+;). 2. In the Preferences dialog, click the Paint General category. 3. Set the JPEG Quality for export to Flash by dragging in or clicking the Flash JPEG Quality field. 4. In the Export Flash dialog, set the file name and make sure the file type is set to .swf. 5. Choose the directory where you want to save your output and click Save. The Combustion Paint output is saved as a .swf file and an .html file. Viewing Paint Output Results The Export to Flash feature generates two output formats: .swf format and .html format. You can view your Paint output in both formats. To view the output in .html format: 1. Do one of the following: • Open your Internet browser and navigate to the directory where you saved your .swf file. • Navigate to the directory where you saved your .swf file. 2. Double-click the .html file name, or right-click the file and choose Open. 481
