31 Rendering 3. Click Settings. The Cleaner Export Settings dialog appears. The options that appear depend on your system configuration. If Cleaner is installed on your workstation, the Local Render option is available. If you have Backburner installed, the Network Render option is available. 4. Choose an output profile from the list, or click Browse to navigate to the required file. Cleaner output files have a .opt file extension. On Windows systems, the default location is: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Cleaner XL\OutputProfile\ 5. To override the destination for the encoded file that is specified in the output profile, enable Destination and navigate to the required directory. It is important to make sure that the custom destination is a valid UNC path or verify that it exists on the Backburner server (as you do with any Backburner render). 6. To specify an audio file other than the Combustion audio source, enable Audio File Input, then click the Audio File button and navigate to the required file. This option can also be useful to prevent duplicate rendering of your audio source. Simply disable Audio Output in the Autodesk Combustion Render Queue and then specify the audio source to send to Cleaner. ▲ It is important to make sure that the output profile destination, custom destination, audio file input path, and Combustion render destinations are all valid UNC paths. Otherwise, Cleaner will not be able to locate the files. 7. Enable Network Render. The Network Render options appear. 8. Set the Network Render options, as required. These options function in the same way as those on the Global Settings panel of the Autodesk Combustion Render Queue. 9. Click OK. 10.Repeat steps 1-9 for each output that you would like to encode.
