Info Palette ❚❘❘ Picker Panel Use the Picker panel to select a color based on the HSV color model. You can drag the cursor over the picking area to pick a color based on hue and saturation, and then drag the slider below to adjust the brightness value. Hue vs. Saturation area Value bar To use the Picker: Select a color by clicking in the Hue vs. Saturation area, and then selecting a value using the Value bar at the bottom of the panel. Sliders Panel Use the Sliders panel to select a color by adjusting a set of RGB or HSV sliders individually. HSV-Specifies colors based on HSV values (where Hue goes from 0 to 360 degrees and both Saturation and Value go from 0% to 100%). Saving your Brush Sets, Mixing Areas, and Swatch Sets You can share your brush sets, mixing areas, and swatch sets with other Combustion workstations. For example, if you created brushes or modified the default swatches, you can use them on another workstation. The brush sets, mixing areas, and swatch sets you create are saved in the Brushes, Mixers, and Swatches folders respectively. These folders are in the Combustion application folder. In each case, you can copy the entire folder or just specific files inside the folder. The brush sets, mixing areas, and swatch sets you added are loaded the next time you launch Combustion. Info Palette The Info palette displays the X and Y pixel position, the current pixel color at the cursor when the cursor moves over the active viewport (in both RGB and RGB%-Specifies colors based on the percentage of red, green, and blue present in the color. RGB-Specifies colors based on RGB values (from 0 to 255 for each channel). 445
