Backburner Queue Monitor ❚❘❘ Backburner Queue Monitor At any time, Backburner Queue Monitor can be launched to monitor all jobs submitted to Backburner Manager. Backburner Queue Monitor also provides controls for: • Activating jobs • Suspending jobs • Change job priority • Archiving jobs • Deleting jobs • Activating servers • Scheduling servers You can also use Backburner Queue Monitor to assign servers to specific render jobs in the queue and manage job dependencies. Backburner Queue Monitor can be started on any workstation on the network, and it can connect to any available Manager. Backburner Queue Monitor Controls The Backburner Queue Monitor includes a menu bar, a toolbar, a status display, and four window panes: Job Queue, Job information, Server Tree View (or hierarchical list), and Server List. The following describes the Backburner Queue Monitor main menu. Manager Menu Use the Manager menu options in the upper left pane to control aspects of the Backburner Queue Monitor and the network Manager. Connect-Connects to a Manager using the Connect To Manager dialog. In the dialog, enable Automatic Search to search for a Manager using the specified subnet mask, or disable Automatic Search to search for a Manager using a specific Manager name or IP address. Click OK to perform the search, or Cancel to exit without connecting. 811
